The project is an integration with our design studio's final project. It requires us to demonstrate our understanding and apply the appropriate building services systems in our design.

The systems that are incorporated are electrical supply system, rainwater or surface water drainage system, sewerage and sanitary system as well as hot and cold water supply system. The systems are then showed and documented into a series of technical drawings, accompanied with a product catalogue off all appliances, fittings, and equipment used in the systems proposed.
