In the form of reaction papers, we are required to submit a series of synopsis of three selected readers that relates to theories of urbanism, modern& post modern theory, phenomenology: pf meaning and places and lastly critical regionalism.

For this project, the selected readers were "The Metropolis and Mental Life" which discusses about singularity in metropolitan life, "The Eyes of the Skin: Architecture and the Senses" that brings the hegemony of sights into light, and "Towards the Critical Regionalism" talking about how the limited urban form due to universalization the creates placelessness can be mended by the architecture of resistance which infuses the elements that are peculiar to the place.
