In this project, we are to compare a contemporary malaysian building with a historical architecture era. In our case, the site that we got is SMK Maxwell High School and compare to the Ancient Rome era.

The first thing that we did is going to the site itself. We did some analysis, observed the similarity as well as differences between the two eras. After we got an adequate amount of information and photos, we continue to research about the buildings, why was it built, who built it, and else. To make it more easy to compare, we chose a building from the Ancient Rome era to represents the era, which is the Pantheon. From then, we did more precedent studies and compiled our sketch journals as well as designing the layout of our presentation.

This project introduces basic architectural theory. It encouraged us to understand the building's backgrounds and about the architecture of the historical era.
