The task of this project is to analyze an actual project. The study includes the project's objectives and goals, the job scopes of various consultants, the responsibilities of the architect as the lead consultant, the preparation of project schedules and implementation strategies to achieve a satisfactory project completion. This project aims to introduce us to the definition of project management as well as the roles of various stakeholders involved in a project life cycle.​​ For this project, I have chosen a project that I was involved in during my internship training - The Clio 2 Residence by Garis Architect - as I have obtained the necessary information through my personal experience.
