The group assignment required us to translate a selected project from the previous semester into ​a complete set of architectural working drawings that mirror the format and standards necessary for official submission to authorities, as applied in contemporary architectural practice. We were also to produce a set of fire protection (BOMBA) drawings that implement the principles of local fire safety regulations.

The assignment has helped us to develop an awareness of construction requirements that are consistent with design and performance, as well as an understanding of statutory requirements from the authorities and fire
safety guidelines.​​
